A "world-class" Christian knows they were saved to serve and made for a mission. To think like a "world-class" Christian requires a shift from self-centered to other-centered thinking. This is the first step to becoming a "world-class" Christian.
God is a global God. He has always cared about the entire world. God so loved the world . . . The first way to think globally is to begin praying for specific countries. Prayer is the most important tool for your mission in the world.
Another way to develop global thinking is to just get up and go on a short-term mission project to another country! There is simply no substitute for hands on real life experience in another culture.
Finally, if you want to be like Jesus, you must care about what He cares about most. You must have a heart for the whole world. Read and watch the news with Great Commission eyes - where there is change or conflict, you can be sure God will use it to bring people to Him. The Great Commission is your commission, and this website will help you find out how you can do your part to make a difference in the world.
"How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believe?
And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard?
And how shall they hear without a preacher?
And how shall they preach unless they are sent?"
